Terms of service

By purchasing a Commission from me, you're accepting these rules. If what you're looking for something that is not here, feel free to ask me.You need to be +18 for commissioning me.

  • Things I will draw:

  • Dragons

  • Animals and creatures

  • Anthros

  • Artistic nudity (or for references)

  • Pinups

  • Ask for more!

  • Things I won't draw:

  • Mechanical stuff, robots etc.

  • Buildings

  • Very complex backgrounds

  • Humans, humanoid aliens, etc.

  • Hard NSFW

  • Most fetishes

My Rights

  1. I have rights to refuse commission without giving a reason.

  2. My time for finishing a commission is depending on a complexity of ordered art. It may take a week or month. If requested work is very complex, I'll discuss with you about work time.

  3. If there is some delay, that can affect time of making art, you will be informed.

  4. Commissioned artwork is for personal use. You may print your artwork, but not for commercial sale, unless stated otherwise

  5. You may not use my art as NFT, or another form of cryptocurrency.

  6. You may not use my art for feeding AI alghorytms

  7. I have right to post my artwork (including WIPs, videos, etc.) on my social media, art shows or using them for promoting myself.

  8. If I'll decide for streaming on Picarto, you will be informed. If you don't want me to not show your artwork, you need to tell me right away in commission request

  9. If something is not specified in your request, I will take it as artistic freedom

  10. I'm working only on references / images. I'm not accepting descriptions. You must provide for me at least one clear image of your character.

  11. I can send you WIPs. Usually I am sending sketches, and coloring stages, depending on style that I am using. But please, be patient and don't disturb me if not necessary

  12. I can correct mistakes and make small changes on sketch stage. But after accepting sketch, I only fix coloring / marking errors

  13. Mayor changes on later stages may require additional payment. Free is only when something is occurred by my fault

  14. You can't claim yourself as author of my work. Please credit my art.

  15. When art is finished, you're getting full size .PNG with watermark.

  16. Please, post my artwork with watermark

  17. My work is delivered to you on email that you gave to me. If you want it on another, you need to provide it to me in commission request

Payment and Refunds

  1. Payment is upfront. In some situations, I can accept payment after sketch, but only when I tell you so.

  2. Payment is only via Paypal Invoice.

  3. I ask that you include your paypal email with your commission request. If accepted, after discussing details, I will send you an invoice with agreed price.

  4. Refund will be not granted when I start working on your art or in progress, or when you change your mind. Please, always think twice if you're able to commission me.

  5. If I am unable to finish your commission for personal reasons, you will be granted refund, depending on status of your work

  6. If work is not started/sketch stage: 100%, If have flat color or started with shading: 50%. If work is almost finished, refund will not be granted


Smaller Art Info:I'm not drawing porn. I may draw you something very suggestive, pin up style or artistic nudity, but nothing more. I may draw genitals but only for referential purposesI like to experiment a lot with my art style, like testing new brushes or learning new programs, so artwork may be different than examples. If you want something very specific, you need to tell meI live in Poland so my work can be affected by time zone or holidays.

Pixel Art: 25 $

  • Styles for pixelart may be different, you need to specify in commission request

  • 350 px max
